2. Information and estimates
Website content, examples, calculators, and reports are provided for general business information. They are not legal, medical, tax, or financial advice. Consult qualified advisers about your circumstances, eligibility, deadlines, and obligations.
Recovery estimates, benchmarks, and examples may rely on public data, third-party data, assumptions, and information you provide. They may be incomplete or out of date and are not a guarantee of eligibility, recovery, timing, or any other outcome. Past results do not guarantee future results. You are responsible for independently verifying information before acting on it.

You may use the website for lawful business evaluation and informational purposes. Do not misrepresent your identity or authority, submit information you are not entitled to share, infringe others’ rights, upload malicious material, interfere with the website, bypass access controls, or attempt to access systems or data without authorization.
Do not use automated access in a manner that disrupts the website or circumvents its technical restrictions. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security concerns, or violations of these Terms.

Rights in third-party materials remain with their respective owners.
Except as permitted by law or with the rights holder’s permission, do not reproduce, sell, redistribute, or create derivative works of protected website content. This restriction does not assert ownership over public-domain information or your own submissions.
